1.Cold Aggregate Feeding System
a.SAP40 Asphalt Mixing Plant consists of 4 units of cold aggregate bins. Each cold aggregate bin includes one set of variable speed discharge belt feeder.
b.There is one set of alarming device in each cold aggregate bin in case of no aggregates supplying during operation.
c.The belt feeder adopt variable speed to discharge the aggregates. The motor power of each cold aggregate bin is 1.5kw.
d.The Sand bin adopts vibrating device to prevent sticky aggregates hard being discharged into the belt feeder.
e.Each aggregate bin has a screen to prevent the big size being discharged in the collecting belt, then going to the drying drum. This device can prevent the heat losing from the drum, which can avoid the screen mesh being blocked.

2.Drying Drum
The drying drum adopts gear drive to work. This design has many advantages like less transmission part, simple structure, reliable performance, motor is started by reducing voltage, insulating layer adopted in outside of drying drum.And drying surface is packaged by stainless steel.
3.Hot Aggregate Elevator
a.The hot aggregate elevator adopts flat link chain to drive, the chain bucket has protective device. Location of input and output adopt design of antiabrasion structure.
b.The non-return device adopted in drive wheel can prevent the chain from reversing.
c.Non-return device adopt noiseless design.
d.The motor of hot aggregate elevator is 4kw.

4.Mixing Tower
a.The vibrating adopts four layer’s design. The outside of screen is closed by protective cover, so that dust won’t going out from the screen. Uniaxial external structure make the maintenance work more convenient.
b.Drive motor power of the vibrating screen is 7.5kw. The vibrating screen adopts one shaft design and circular moving track. The size of mesh can be custom-made according to client’s special requirements.
c.Hot aggregate storage bin has level indicator and alarming device (Located in control room).
d.The hot aggregate storage bin has big volume so that feeding aggregates will be more stable. In addition, the oversize flowing hole and feeding hole will be fixed in the hot aggregate bins.

e.Aggregate weighing system and filler weighing system all have anti-dust device. So it can avoid the dust being overflowing and causing secondary pollution.
f.The bitumen adopt secondary weighing, which will be more accurate. The usage of spiraling pump discharge the bitumen into the mixer uniformly.
g.The asphalt mixer adopt twin shaft design, pneumatic discharging finished product. Surrounding of discharging gate including attemperator.
h.The high locating structure can guaranty the dump truck loading the finished products easily.

5.Dust Collecting System
a.Adopting primary dust collecting by gravity, secondary dust collecting by water filter dust collecting design, which is more economical and reliable, easy operation;
b.The bulky grain can be recycled after primary dust collecting.
c.The secondary dust collecting adopts water filter, blower motor power is 18.5kw and water pump motor is 2x3kw. Meantime, the secondary dust collecting can also adopt bag filter dust collecting.
6.Bitumen System
The direct heating type (fuel type: oil/coal) bitumen tank is standard configuration, which is more convenient to operate. Bitumen circulating pump power is 5.5kw.The capacity of bitumen tank is 30m3, bitumen pipe is double layer design. The thermal oil heating transfer bitumen tank is optional.
7.Filler system
Client can feed the filler by manual or use automatic filler supplying structure.
The capacity of the filler temporary hopper is 0.5m3, motor of filler elevator is 2.2kw, weighing screw conveyor power is 1.5kw.
