Energy Saving--Coal Burner
SAP80 Asphalt hot Mix Plant capacity is 80 tons per hour. It can adopt oil burner or coal burner. This asphalt plant adopt coal burner. The coal burner includes the following main parts: Burning Chamber, Coal feeding hopper, Coal Pulverized,coal machine.
SINOSUN coal burner is high efficiency, energy saving, the plant with coal burner can highly reduce the production cost.
Safety-Electrical Heating Type Bitumen Tank
The SAP80 Asphalt Plant equipped with One 30 tons Bitumen Tank. The bitumen tank adopts electrical heating. It is easy for operation. The insulation thickness is: 100mm. it adopts TWO electrical Heating Bar, each 20 KW,Total 40KW. It can keep the bitumen warm and also it can heat the bitumen when producing products.
High Efficiency,Reliable-Asphalt Mixer
The Mixer Adopts 22kWx2 Nord brand reducer. The mixer capacity is 1000kg/batch. The mixing cycle time is 45s/batch. The Mixer bearing is SKF Sweden brand. We use the world famous brand for our asphalt plants, bring our customer a durable products.
Environmental Protection-Bag House Dust Collector
The bag-type dust collector adopt the bag which is produced by DUPONT COMPANY, and adopt the NOMEX thermostability materials, which can bear 220℃.
All woven bag mouth are equipped with elasticity clamp, and used together with special bag supporting skeleton, to ensure install the bag faster and stably. The header of bag chamber is opened commodiously for changing and checking the bag conveniently.
The bag-type dust collector is equipped with pulse-type clean device, and equipped with differential pressure indicating instrument in the up-down box of dust collector, the numerical value of instrument indicate the dust of sack adsorbent degree, the operator adjust the back flushing interval and time, to ensure dust collector work at the best working condition all along.
The adjusting work can be finished easily in the control room.The clean device is proceeding on regular order, the area of work can reach more 95.4%, to make sure dust collector is at the best working condition, and to ensure equipment high-efficiency continued production capacity.
